Why five authors built one shelf

FictionBy started with a simple frustration: readers who loved indie fiction had no reliable way to find more of it. Self-publishing gave each of us the freedom to write exactly the books we wanted — but it also meant readers had to take a chance on an unknown name, every single time.

So five of us — writing across clean romance, romantasy, mystery, cozy mystery, and fantasy — decided to build something together. Not a shared pen name. A cooperative: five distinct voices, one shared promise. Every book on this shelf was written by a person who’s still here, still writing, and still willing to hear from you.
